Oliver Ames, 4 @ Mansfield, 5 – Final – Jeff Perillo tossed a complete game for the win, Cam Nagle was 1-3 with two runs scored, Zac Courier was 1-2 with a solo home run and Michael Boen had a sacrifice fly for go-ahead run in the fifth inning. OA’s Joe Walsh was 2-3 with a run scored, David Romero was 1-3 with two RBI and Michael Ferrara was 2-3. 

North Attleboro, 3 vs. Bishop Feehan, 5 – Final

Franklin, 0 @ Natick, 2 – Final – Anthony Chaiton pitched six innings with six strike outs and three hits. The Panthers will play Hopkinton at 4:00 in the consolation game of the Pedroli Daily News Classic in Natick.

Taunton, 6 @ New Bedford, 2 – Final – Luke Figueira tossed seven shutout innings for the Tigers, scattering three hits. Casey Grady picked up three hits and two RBI for Taunton.

Softball
North Attleboro, 6 @ Bishop Feehan, 10 – Final – Jill Costello and Rachel Murphy each had two hits for the Rocketeers. This was an exclusion game for North Attleboro.

Oliver Ames, 4 @ Weymouth, 5 – Final (9 innings) - Jamie Gottwald was 3-4 with a run scored, Missy Krim went 2-5 with two runs for the Tigers – both times being knocked by Jenna Morley (3-5, two RBIs, two SB). Nicole Cosgrove and Kayla Soucie (one RBI) both went 2-5. Sarah Struzik tossed a complete nine-inning game striking out two.

Taunton, 2 vs. Dighton-Rehoboth, 1 – Final - Meghan Navarro executed a perfect suicide squeeze to drive home her sister, MacKenzie Navarro, who had tripled for the winning run in the fourth inning. Aimee Kistner had an RBI single in the third inning for Taunton’s first urn. Jesse Aleixo picked up her 17th win of the season, striking out eight. Jordan Wade had a strong defensive game, throwing out a runner at home in the third with a perfect relay throw from left fielder Kimmy McCone.  Wade also made a great catch on a blooper to short center in the fifth inning to save another run.

Foxboro, 3 vs. Dedham, 9 – Final

Boys Tennis
Mansfield, 5 vs. Taunton, 0 – Final – Eric Sun (Mansfield) swept 6-0, 6-0 at first singles, Jake Covicchi (Mansfield) won 6-3, 6-3 at second singles and Benny Lin (Mansfield) won 6-1, 6-4 at third singles. The team of John Menz and Matt Medeiros (Mansfield) won 6-1, 7-6 (7-4) at first singles and Pranjal Singh and Jackson Peters (Mansfield) won 6-3, 6-1 at second doubles.

North Attleboro, 5 vs. Durfee, 0 – Final – Anthony Rinaldi (North Attleboro) won 6-2, 6-0 at first singles, Kumail Alikhan (North Attleboro) won 6-0, 6-0 at second singles and Mitchell Dyer (North Attleboro) won 6-0, 6-1 at third singles. The team of Connor Roberts and Siddarth Senthilkumaran (North Attleboro) won 6-0, 6-1 at first singles and Jeff Yao and Zachary Pfeffer (North Attleboro) won 6-1, 6-3 at second doubles.
