Boys Basketball
Sharon, 70 vs. Silver Lake, 69 – Final (OT) – Matt Lowerre led the Eagles with 18 points and Bryce Smith, who was named a tournament all star, chipped in with 12 points. 
Canton, 79 vs. Avon, 43 – Final – Rishi Jambunathan dropped a career-high 22 points while junior Griffin Jerrier had a career-high 16 points and added seven rebounds to help Canton get its first win of the season.
Girls Basketball
Canton, 68 @ Blackstone-Millville, 26 – Final – The Bulldogs snapped a 32-game losing streak behind a game-high 14 points, nine rebounds, five assists and five rebounds from senior captain Gabby Kenefick. Junior Meaghan Hunter and freshman Jessica Powers each chipped in with seven points for Canton.
Mansfield, 66 @ Urbana (MD), 41 – Final – The Hornets drained 14 three-pointers in the game, six of them from junior Caroline Maher for a team-high 18 points. Jen Peel scored 11 points and dished out six assists, while freshman Meg Hill nearly had a double-double with 10 points and nine rebounds. Alyssa Kelley chipped in with nine points as Mansfield starts the season 5-0 for the second straight year. 
Oliver Ames, 57 vs. Medfield, 51 – Final – Meg Hurley and Kaitlyn McCarthy combined for four crucial free throws for the Tigers with less than two minutes left to help Oliver Ames hold on for the win. Mackenzie Webster had a team-high 15 points in the win. 
Boys Hockey
Stoughton, 3 vs. Apponequet, 4 – Final – Girro Brancaccio, Barry Cooke and Brendan Campbell scored the goals for Stoughton.
