Baseball
Attleboro, 1 @ Mansfield, 2 – Final – Nolan Dousa tossed a complete game, allowing just one run and striking out six for the win. In the seventh inning, the Hornets loaded the bases and an infield hit by Matt Carafa scored Michael Boen (3-3 on the day) for the winning run. Jared Collins scored the other run for the Hornets. Will Kelleher finished 1-3 with a double for Mansfield. Tyler Stowe tossed a complete game for the Bombardiers while Matt Elliott hit a solo home run in the top of the sixth.
Canton, 6 vs. Cardinal Spellman, 8 – Final (8 innings)
Foxboro, 14 @ Ashland, 2 – Final – Darren Kelley picked up the win, tossing six innings and striking out five with just two earned runs allowed. Nick Wright went 2-4 at the plate and knocked in four runs for the Warriors.
Franklin, 4 @ Framingham, 2 – Final – Anthony Chaiton struck out 10 batters in 5.2 innings of work for the win, not allowing an earned run. Junior Nick Santucci pitched one inning in relief, striking out one for the save. Chaiton went 2-4 at the plate with an RBI and Santucci was 1-2 with a double, run scored and a walk. Zane Byrne went 1-3 with an RBI and Nick Burgos went 1-3 with a run scored.
King Philip, 0 @ Taunton, 7 – Final – Junior Luke Figueira tossed a complete game to pick up the win, striking out eight and scattering eight hits. Figueira also helped his own cause at the plate, going 3-4 with two RBIs. Sam Moor had two hits and a run scored and Dylan Poillucci had a pair of hits, a pair of runs scored and a pair of RBIs. 
Sharon, 2 vs. Falmouth, 6 – Final – Jacob Berish had a pair of hits, including an RBI double and a run scored and Isaac Miley had a hit and a run scored for the Eagles.
Softball
Foxboro, 16 @ Westwood, 3 – Final – Freshman Hannah Davis went 4-5 with three runs scored, Lexi Buckner knocked in five runs and scored four runs and Bailey DaCosta had three RBIs for the Warriors.
Mansfield, 2 @ Needham, 0 – Final – Ashley Cuneo went 4-4 at the plate and Moriah Baker, Jess Hindman and Kelsie Savageau all had hits for the Hornets. Savageau scored in the 2nd off of a wild pitch and Danielle Haradon scored in the 6th off of a fielders choice by Jocelyn Reardon. Maddie Letendre struck out 14 and only allowed two hits to pick up the win. 
Milford, 7 @ Hopkinton, 1 – Final – Ali Atherton allowed just five hits and struck out four in a complete game effort for the Scarlet Hawks. Offensively, Jill Powers went 2-3 with a home run and a double, Meg Jacques was 2-4 with a pair of singles and Emily Piergustavo was 2-3 with a run scored and an RBI. 
Sharon, 5 @ Milton, 14 – Final – Katie Friedman went 2-4 with a single and a three run home run for the Eagles.
Taunton, 5 vs. New Bedford, 2 – Final  The Tigers scored five runs in the first inning on six hits. Kelly Reading and Katie Van Zandt each had two hits for the Tigers. Courtney Fisher pitched three shutout innings of relief, allowing just two hits and striking out three.
Boys Lacrosse
Foxboro, 9 @ Bridgewater-Raynham, 8 – Final – Pat McCarthy had a team-best four points with three goals and one assist while Brian DeVellis and Mark Wilson each found the back of the net twice. Matt Stamatov added one goal and one assists, Tom Blake scored once and Jake Addeche made 11 saves in net for the Warriors. 
Franklin, 8 vs. Walpole, 6 – Final – Jack Vail registered a team-high four points with a pair of goals and a pair of assists. Justin Miller scored a hat trick while Ben Burke netted a pair of goals. DJ Shea made 10 saves in net and head coach Lou Verrochi said the defense played great. 
King Philip, 4 vs. Bishop Feehan, 3 – Final – King Philip rallied from a 3-1 deficit in the fourth quarter to pick up the win. Head coach Jacob Kravitz said sophomore goalie Paul Macrina played fantastic, making seven saves. Tim Watson scored two goals, including the game-winning goal, and Nick Sajdak and Anthony Truini each scored once. 
North Attleboro, 15 vs. Bellingham. 2 – Final – Eight different players were able to score a goal for the Rocketeers.
Girls Lacrosse
Foxboro, 6 @ Medfield, 10 – Final – Head coach Brittany Sherry said Kiersten Warner had a great defensive game, “especially off the draw and in transition.” Morgan Ames scored two goals for the Warriors and Jackie Brion, Ally Curran, Siobhain Nolan and Catherine Luciano each scored once. 
Franklin, 17 @ Bishop Feehan, 9 – Final – Emily Jeffries led the way with a team-best five goals while Sheelagh Walsh, Julia Jette and Kenzie Pleshaw each recorded hat tricks. Julianne Pisani had six draw controls and Dani Lonati made six saves in net.
Mansfield, 21 @ Sharon, 10 – Final – Caroline Maher scored eight goals to bring her career total to 150. Liz Navoni scored four goals, Caitlin Whitman and Julia Todesco each had two goals and Maggie Dunn, Meg Lydon, Allie Skinner and Lexy DePierro all scored once. Tori Lawlor had nine saves on the day and Caitlin Otto, Hannah Boylan and Hailey Weber anchored the defense according to head coach Alexis Kobey.
Boys Tennis
Attleboro, 0 @ Mansfield, 5 – Final – Mansfield’s Jake Cavicchi played a marathon at first singles but was able to walk away with a 6-1, 6-7 (7-9), 11-9 win for the Hornets. Benny Lin won 6-1, 6-4 at second singles and Pranjal Singh won 6-0, 7-5 at third singles. Jackson peters and Josh Haradon won 6-1, 6-0 at first doubles and Jason Bushey and Owais Sheenwari won 6-2, 6-4 at second doubles.
King Philip, 5 @ Taunton, 0 – Final – The second doubles team of Ryan Gemelli and Sam Colella didn’t drop a game in a 6-0, 6-0 win to spark the Warriors. Michal Kozuchowski won 6-2, 6-0 at first singles, Cole Ginter won 6-0, 6-2 at second singles and Garrett Schneider won 6-3, 6-1 at third singles. Ed Washington and Justin Rohan teamed up for a close 6-4, 7-5 win at first doubles for KP. 
Sharon, 2 vs. Bishop Feehan, 3 – Final
Girls Tennis
Mansfield, 5 @ Attleboro, 0 – Final – Mansfield’s Paulina Martin won 6-1, 6-1 at first singles, Kathleen Giffels won 6-0, 6-1 at second singles and Sarah Doyle won 6-4, 6-1 at third singles. The team of Rachel Tarantino and Cathryn Heavey won 6-1, 6-1 at first doubles and Chloe Peters and Haley Dolan won 6-0, 6-1 at second doubles.
Taunton, 2 @ King Philip, 3 – FinalAt first singles, KP’s Becca Ricci battled back to win 6-7, 6-4, 6-0 while Meghan Sepich took third singles with a 6-2, 6-1 win. The second doubles pair of Molly McLaughlin and Lucy Barnard clinched the win with a 7-6, 6-3 win.
