Baseball
Taunton, 4 @ Attleboro, 2 – Final – Jared Jorge notched the win, going five innings allowing just two runs and striking out five. Max Bowden came in for the final two innings, striking out one for the save. Offensively, Zach MacLean reached three times, had an RBI and a run scored and Dylan Poillucci had a pair of hits an RBI and a run scored. 
Oliver Ames, 9 @ Canton, 10 – Final (8 innings) – Griffin Jerrier drew a walk with the bases-to give the Bulldogs their first win of the season. Jerrier reached base three times, including a game-tying two RBI hit in the bottom of the sixth inning. Pat Vartanian went 2/3 on the day with two walks, including a three-run home run in the first inning. Vartanian also picked up the win on the mound, pitching an inning in relief.
Milford, 3 @ Foxboro, 2 – Final (8 innings) – Senior Pete Schuler hit a sacrifice fly in the top of the eighth inning to score freshman Aidan Wilde for the go-ahead run. Wilde was 3-4 on the day and led off the top of the eighth with a base hit, stole second and then advanced to third on an infield hit by Griffin Lynch (2-4). Wilde came in relief in the eighth inning and got the winning, getting the last two outs including a strike out. Blake Hill tossed 7.1 innings with two strikeouts, giving up just two runs for the Scarlet Hawks. 
Franklin, 9 @ Mansfield, 2 – Final – Zane Byrne tossed five innings, scattering four hits to pick up the win for Franklin. Byrne struck out a pair and allowed two earned runs. Offensively, Alex Bissanti had three hits with an RBI and a run scored while Nick Burgos, Andrew Parent and Ant Chaiton each went 2-4. Parent added a run scored and Chaiton had two RBIs. Tyler Gomes and Ben Chaffee each had two RBIs.
North Attleboro, 1 @ King Philip, 4 – Final – Jake Cavanagh had a strong game on the mound, throwing a complete game and tossed six scoreless innings after giving up a run in the first inning. The Warriors defense didn’t commit a single error behind Cavanaugh. Offensively, freshman Ben Furfari had a pair of doubles, a pair of RBIs and stole home. Nick Staples added two hits and Jackson Fleming knocked in a run with a suicide squeeze. 
Sharon, 0 @ Stoughton, 7 – Final – A pair of sophomores combined for a shutout for the Black Knights. Justin Hutchinson picked up the win, going four innings, allowing just four hits and one walk with a strikeout. Nico Parmeggiani came on in relief and tossed three scoreless innings with three strikeouts and no walks. At the plate, junior Doug Seaman was a perfect 3-3 with a double and three RBIs. 
Softball
Attleboro, 0 @ Taunton, 8 – Final – Aimee Kistner picked up the win in the circle, throwing five innings, allowing two hits with four strikeouts. Courtney Fisher closed it out for the Tigers, throwing two hitless innings with a strikeout. At the plate, Kelly Reading and Baylee Clapp each had a pair of hits and a stolen base, Meghan Navarro had a two RBI base hit in the first inning and Katie Van Zandt had an RBI double. Jordan Wade made seven putouts at shortstop head coach David Lewry said, including a highlight reel backhand play deep in the hole. 
Canton, 2 @ Oliver Ames, 4 – Final – Oliver Ames’ Sarah Struzik fanned eight batters in a six inning effort for the win. Offensively, senior Kayla Soucie went 2-3 with a double and a run scored. Freshman Caroline Mahoney went 3-3 with a pair of singles, a double, two RBIs and a run scored. Junior Dalene Gomes and senior Mattea Sarnecki each added a hit with a run scored.
Foxboro, 3 @ Milford, 13 – Final – Milford exploded for seven runs in the third inning sparked by an RBI single from Allie Piergustavo followed by an RBI double from Jill Powers. Freshman Emily Piergustavo finished 3-5 with her first career home run, three RBIs and two runs scored. Megan Jacques added a three-run home run and Kaitlyn DeCapua was 2/3 with two singles, two runs scored and a pair of RBIs. Aly Atherton struck out six in five innings of work in the circle. 
Mansfield, 1 @ Franklin, 4 – Final – Brie Flaherty was 1-2 at the plate with an RBI while Sabrina LoMonaco was 1-3 with a two-run home run. LoMonaco also pitched a complete game and struck out six. Alicia Donovan and Alyssa DaSilva were solid defensively according to head coach Kate Fallon-Comeau. Moriah Baker, Jess Hindman and Maddie Letendre each had a hit for the Hornets and Letendre struck out five in the circle.
King Philip, 4 @ North Attleboro, 0 – Final – Kali Magane struck out 13 batters in her season debut to pick up the win for the Warriors. At the plate, Christa Wagner connected for three hits for King Philip. For North Attleboro, Emily Knobel threw out two would-be base runners attempting to steal, giving her four total in two games. Mycala Moody and Danielle Gorman each had a hit for the Rocketeers. 
Sharon, 6 @ Stoughton, 7 – Final – Payton Pizzano led the way for the Black Knights, going a perfect 3-3 including a three-run home run. Danielle Tesler went 2-3 with a single and a double, Alecia Quinones and Bianca Battie each had triples while pitcher Shannon Flaherty earned the win in the circle and helped her own cause by hitting the game winning two-run single.  
Boys Tennis
Taunton, 2 @ Attleboro, 3 – Final – Attleboro’s Tim Vermilyea won 6-2, 6-3 in first singles and Eric Carey won 6-2, 6-1 in second singles. The Bombardiers clinched the win with a victory at second doubles through Jon Johnson and Taimur Mizra, who won 6-1, 6-1. Taunton got wins from Brett Beaulieu at third singles 6-2, 6-1 and at first doubles behind Tom Morrissey and Connor Briggs, 6-1, 7-6. 
Oliver Ames, 3 @ Canton, 2 – Final – OA’s Thomas O’Leary won in straight sets at first singles. The pair of Tom Dew and Greg Weinstein won in three sets at first singles and second doubles of Steve Mueller and Kevin Dias won in straight sets. 
Milford, 0 @ Foxboro, 5 – Final – Foxboro was led by Wes Young at first singles who won 6-2, 6-0. Liam Riess won at second singles 6-1, 6-0 and Andre Jabari won at third singles 6-0, 6-2. In doubles play, Brian Bortolotti and Jack Marino took first doubles with a 6-1, 6-0 win. Matt Tierney and Varun Nambikrishnan won 6-1, 6-2 at second doubles.
Franklin, 3 @ Mansfield, 2 – Final – Franklin got wins from Kyle Pandiscio (7-5, 6-4) at second singles, James Johnston (6-3, 4-6, 6-3) at third singles and Cam Piana and Eli Brooks (6-1, 6-2) at second doubles. Mansfield’s Jake Cavicchi won 4-6, 7-6(5), 6-4 at first singles and Jackson Peters and Josh Haradon at first doubles (6-4, 7-5). 
North Attleboro, 3 @ King Philip, 2 – Final – North Attleboro junior Mitchell Dyer rallied for a 3-6, 6-4, 6-1 at second singles to spark the Rocketeers. Senior Kumail Alikhan won 6-0, 6-1 at third singles and the junior pair of Jeff Yao and Nick Lockavitch won 6-2, 6-0 at second doubles. King Philip junior Michal Kozuchowski won a marathon at first singles 4-6, 6-1, 7-6 (7-5) and Ed Washington and Garrett Schneider won 6-0, 6-2 at first doubles.

Girls Tennis
Attleboro, 0 @ Taunton, 5 – Final – At first singles, Taunton’s Jordan Pagliuca won 6-3, 6-1, at second singles Olivia Sweeney was 6-3, 6-4 and Cheyenne Buck won 6-0, 7-6 at third singles. The team of Emily Moor and Ashleigh Eason swept first singles 6-0, 6-0 and the pairing of Cali Hebert and Jillian Pagliuca won 6-1, 6-0 at second doubles.
Canton, 0 @ Oliver Ames, 5 – Final – At first singles, Riley Spillane came away with a 6-2, 6-2, Carly Orticerio won 6-1, 6-0 at second singles and Mandy Massey won 6-2, 6-2 at third singles. The pairing of Jackie Sulkala and Valeria Tueme rallied for a big win at first singles, 3-6, 6-3, 6-3 while Kaylee Barber and Brooke Pearsons won 6-4, 6-0 at second doubles.
Foxboro, 3 @ Milford, 2 – Final
Franklin, 3 @ Mansfield, 2 – Final
King Philip, 0 @ North Attleboro, 5 – Final – Freshman Emily Chiasson rallied back to win at third singles 1-6, 6-3, 7-4 to help the Rocketeers complete the sweep. Julia Mark won 6-0, 6-3 at first singles and Allie Grinavic won 6-1, 6-1 at second singles. In doubles play, Kaela Dunn and Jordan Willis won 6-2, 6-1 at first singles and Morgan Barney and Jhanavi Kapadia held on to win 7-6 (7-2), 6-1 at second doubles.
