Why do you play hockey?
I have been playing hockey since I was seven. I cannot picture my life without hockey. I love the game and all the friends and memories that come with it.
Why is the 2012-2013 season going to be a good year for Milford High School?
Switching leagues starts a new beginning for Milford hockey. While the competition becomes more difficult, my teammates and I have the confidence that we will succeed. We believe that if we keep working hard, we will see results and ultimately have great year.
What is your favorite Milford hockey memory so far?
My favorite memory so far is definitely our success last year. After a winless season in 2011, we turned the whole program around in one season. We were only three points away from the playoffs and we finally saw our future not only as individual hockey players, but as a team.
What were your emotions when you played your first varsity game?
My first varsity hockey game I played I was only a sophomore. I was a bit anxious however as the game went on I calmed down and truly enjoyed playing the game I love
What makes playing for Milford High School so special?
The Milford High School hockey program is still young. It makes me smile that my teammates and I are setting the groundwork for a great future for Milford hockey. It is special knowing that all of our teammates are family on and off the ice and I look forward to a great season.
When you are not practicing what are you usually doing?
When I am not practicing I am usually spending time with my friends and family. I’m always studying for school, working, volunteering, and playing video games.
